We provide energy medicine and remote healing services for clients worldwide. These services are intended for wellness support, personal growth, and stress reduction. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Dr Matt no longer maintains a chiropractic license and therefore offers no chiropractic care. All sessions are conducted energetically and remotely with no hands-on therapies available.

The energetic therapies and advice given by Be Vital are intended to support normal structure and function and not to provide treatment for medical or psychological conditions, nor intended for diagnosis, care, treatment or rehabilitation of individuals, nor to apply medical, mental health, or human development principles. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not intended to support or sustain human life, or to prevent impairment of human health; for self-education and research purposes only.

If you have a medical condition or concern, always seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you have read on this site or experienced in a session.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• If we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.

5. Disclaimer of Results

Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice. Results may vary depending on individual sensitivity, openness, and personal circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, improvements, or healing.

6. Limitation of Liability
